Youth Alternative Response Exercise (Y.A.R.E.). Utilizes Life Skills and the Martial Arts

 

Life Skills addresses goal setting, decision-making, conflict resolution, and social obligations.

 

The Martial Arts - A recreational component that teaches discipline with more focus directed toward the katas/form rather than sparring and defensive techniques.
